How to use the Knot Lock™

Use The Knot Lock when tying on your belt at the beginning of training... and then forget it's there! Follow the simple instructions laid out in the video or images below. A printed copy of these instructions are included with every Knot Lock purchased.

Step 1: Thread the Knot Lock onto the belt.

Step 2: Slide the Knot Lock to the midpoint of the belt.

Step 3: Wrap the belt around your waist as you normally would.

Step 4: Slide one end of the belt through the Knot Lock and cinch to desired tightness.

Step 5: Slide the Knot Lock off to the side.

Step 6: Tie your belt as you normally would.

Step 7: Thread the tail of the knot into the Knot Lock.

Step 8: Work the Knot Lock along the tail and over the knot, until it completely covers the knot.

Step 6: Tie your belt as you normally would.

*Please note that it may take a moment to pull The Knot Lock over the knot. It is supposed to fit tightly and securely so your belt stays in place while you're training hard!
